Special Collections Department Chair Cinda May presents at VRA and NCPH

See, you had to look in order to see what those acronyms stood for!

Cinda May is an invited presenter at the Visual Resources Association’s 2014 annual conference in Milwaukee, WI (March 12-15). Her presentation, “Preserving the Past and the Present through Community Engagement: The Wabash Valley Visions & Voices Digital Memory Project,” is part of Session 12: “For Us, It’s Personal: Individual Digital Archiving and the Visual Resources Profession.”

Cinda will also present a juried half-day preconference workshop titled “Digital Preservation for Local History and Cultural Heritage Collections” at the National Council on Public History 2014 Annual Meeting in Monterey, CA (March 19-22). In addition, Cinda will serve as an invited Expert for the “Digital Drop In” event.
