Feb. 18: African American Read-In Chain – Join us!

On Thursday 18 February, the Cunningham Memorial Library along with the History Department, the English Department and the CEB African American Cultural Center will host its first African American Read-In Chain. This is part of a national event sponsored annually by the National Council of Teachers of English. The event will take place in the Teaching Materials Collection and readers will include ISU administrators, faculty, staff and students as well as Terre Haute community members. I hope you can join us!

  • 1:00-1:45 pm Readings in African American Literature (Teaching Materials)
  • 1:45-2:15 pm Refreshments (028)
  • 2:15-3:00 pm Readings in African American History (Teaching Materials)
  • 3:00-3:30 pm Refreshments (028)
